What is Türkiye Bursları?
Türkiye Bursları (TB) is a comprehensive state scholarship program offered by the Republic of Turkey to international students since 1991. Run by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), it invites students from 160+ countries to study at Turkey's leading universities on a full scholarship. Around 5,000-6,000 students are awarded each year, drawn from over 165,000 applicants.
Türkiye Bursları covers not only tuition but also the full cost of living in Turkey: monthly stipend, dormitory accommodation, health insurance, return airfare and TOMER Turkish course fees. The program is highly prestigious — alumni include ministers, professors and ambassadors. Umar Egitim provides free application file review and interview preparation during the open application window.
